We conduct regular programmes every three months, normally in January, April, July and October each year.

All training and education are supported and quality assured by our Principal Consultants, and delivered by Knowledge Associates Educators and Consultants who are highly accredited Level 4 consultants worldwide.

Our education programmes are ‘Principles Driven’, to teach the fundamentals and how to both embody and embed these principles into the organisation and its daily work.

Within the Knowledge Associates Academy, world class knowledge assets are our business, and we are committed to continually researching, developing and improving KM training courseware modules, as part of our mission - leveraging the world's knowledge.

ESTABLISHED PROGRAMS

As a first step you may browse our established KM programmes and register to attend the next suitable event, physically or virtually. All KM courses are provided with attendance certificates and higher KM practitioner competence levels, as appropriate. All KM courses can be fully supported with virtual personal coaching and mentoring services.

CUSTOMISED PROGRAMMES & TOPICS

Alternatively, you may prefer to consider the learning topics and select only those that are the most relevant for your organisation. We can then provide a cost for this simple customisation and in-house delivery, physically and/or virtually.

We offer a virtual meeting for up to one hour with one of our training consultants, at no cost or obligation on your part whatsoever, to discuss your more specific KM training needs and topics. A one-day Knowledge Management seminar, public or in-house, that focuses middle management on the what, why, and how to implement KM. This KM seminar can also be delivered virtually in stages over several days.

4/5-DAY ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

A four/five-day Knowledge Management Accelerator or Boot Camp public or in-house, with intensive teaching, assessment and diagnosis, competence development for Knowledge Management planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes and tools.

A two-day Knowledge Management Workshop, public or in-house, that takes participants through a more practical application of the principles, requirements and concepts explained in the one-day seminar.
